Privacy policy

Effective September 8, 2026

The short version: this site does not ask you to create an account, does not take card numbers, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we hold is what you send us by email when you ask for a pass, what Venmo shows us when you pay, and the small record we keep so we know whose pass is active. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect and where it comes from

Information you send us

The pass buttons on this site open your own email app with a message addressed to us. When you send it, we receive your email address, the pass you asked for, and anything else you choose to write. That message lands in our mailbox at Hostinger and is forwarded to a Google mailbox we read. There is no form on this site that stores anything on our server.

Payment information

Right now passes are paid person to person through Venmo. When you pay, Venmo shows us your Venmo name, the amount, and the note you typed. Venmo processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Member records

So we know whose pass is active and when it ends, we keep a short record per member: email address, name if you gave one, the pass, its start and end, how and how much you paid, and any note we made about your request. It lives in a private record-keeping tool hosted by Anthropic (privacy policy) and is visible only to us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs to keep the site running and secure: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. Hostinger may also run a short security check when you first arrive and set a short-lived cookie of its own for that. We add no analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking pixels, and no social media plugins. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font request goes to Google.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no passwords, no card numbers, no location, no contacts, no precise device fingerprinting. The picks file the page reads (feed.json) contains no personal information.

How we use it

Email, and no texts

Picks and pass notices go out by email only. We do not send text messages and we do not ask for your phone number. We do not put tracking pixels in our emails. If you want us to stop emailing you, reply to any message or write to Bet@bigbullybets.com and we will stop; if your pass is still running, stopping the emails ends the service you paid for, with no refund, so tell us plainly which you want.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We never share our member list with anyone.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. It keeps two small settings in your browser's local storage: "bbb-notice" (that you closed the privacy note) and "bbb-motion" (whether you paused the moving parts of the page). Both stay on your device and hold no personal data. Our host's security check may set its own short-lived cookie. Details are in the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your request email and member record while your pass is active and for up to two years after it ends, for our records and in case of a payment dispute, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see below). Server logs are kept by our host for a limited time under its own policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records the law requires). Write to Bet@bigbullybets.com and we will respond within 45 days.

New Jersey residents have rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act to confirm whether a business processes their personal data, to access, correct, and delete it, to get a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do none of those three things. Whether or not the law's thresholds apply to a business of our size, we honor these requests by email. Because we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control have nothing to opt out of on this site. Residents of other states with privacy laws may write to us with the same requests.

Age and children

This site and our passes are for adults who are of legal age to bet where they live, which is 21 in most US states. The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, holds no accounts or payment details, loads no third-party code, and reads its picks from a plain data file on our own server. Our providers keep their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Third-party services and links

Hostinger operates under its privacy policy, Google under its privacy policy, Venmo under its privacy policy, and Anthropic under its privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of other websites we link to, including the 1-800-GAMBLER help line.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
