Terms and conditions
These terms cover your use of bigbullybets.com and any pass you buy from us. By using the site or buying a pass you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Read the refund section before you pay: all sales are final.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports betting where you live if that is higher, and it must be legal for you to receive sports betting information where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Do not use the site or buy a pass if any of that is not true.
What we are, and what we are not
- We are an information and analysis service. We publish opinions about sporting events and keep a public record of how those opinions did.
- We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or broker wagers, we do not hold your money for betting, and we have no relationship with any sportsbook.
- Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice, and nothing is a guarantee. Sports outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty. You can lose money betting, including on plays we like.
- Every decision to bet is yours alone: whether, where, when, and how much.
The record and the numbers on the site
The card, the record, the results, and the featured statistics on this site are read from a data file produced by our model after each refresh, and are shown as written there. Plays are graded against the line we posted at the time we recommended them. All of it describes the past; none of it predicts the future. We work to keep it accurate, but data can carry errors, and a statistic about "every game the model priced" is not the same thing as the record of released plays. Read the labels.
Passes
A pass gives one person access to every play we release during its term, delivered by email to the address you give us, with a short write-up on each play.
- Day Pass: from the moment we confirm your payment until 11:59 PM Eastern that same day.
- Week Pass: seven days from confirmation.
- Month Pass: thirty days from confirmation.
Passes do not renew on their own. Nothing bills automatically. When your pass ends, buy another if you want to continue. Prices shown on the site are for new purchases and may change at any time for future passes; a pass you already bought keeps its price and term.
You must give us a working email address and keep an eye on your spam folder. We are not responsible for email your provider blocks, delays, or filters, though we will resend on request during your term.
Our make-good. If, because of something on our side, no card goes out on a day your pass covers, we add that day to the end of your pass. That is the remedy; it is not a refund.
Payment
Passes are currently paid person to person through Venmo, under Venmo's own terms. Send the amount shown on the site with your email address in the note so we can match the payment to you. Your pass starts when we confirm the payment by email, which we do as quickly as we can and normally the same day. If we cannot match a payment to a request within two business days, we will return it. We may add other payment methods later; those will be governed by that provider's terms as well as these.
Refund policy
All sales are final. A pass is digital content that starts delivering as soon as it is confirmed, so there are no refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason within our control or yours, including a losing play, a losing day or week, a change of mind, days you did not use, or missing our emails.
The only exceptions:
- You paid twice for the same pass by mistake. We refund the duplicate.
- You paid and we confirmed nothing and delivered nothing within two business days, and we cannot fix it. We refund the payment.
- Where a law that applies to you gives you a refund right that cannot be waived. Then that law controls.
If you open a payment dispute or reverse a payment while your pass is running, your access ends immediately and we may decline future purchases from you.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. Your pass simply ends when its term is up. If you want us to stop emailing you before then, tell us at Bet@bigbullybets.com; that ends the service for the rest of your term with no refund.
Personal use only
Your pass is for you. Do not forward, post, screenshot, resell, or otherwise share the plays or write-ups, and do not buy a pass on behalf of a group. If you do, we may end your pass without a refund and decline future purchases. Everything we send you, and everything on this site (text, the record, the design, the logo and mascot), belongs to us or is used with permission. You may share links to the site.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, its data file, or our email. Do not use automated tools to pull the site's content beyond ordinary viewing. Do not use the site or a pass for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Venmo, our email providers, and any other service we use are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or practices. Links to other sites, including the 1-800-GAMBLER help line, are provided for convenience.
No guarantees
The site and the passes are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that any play will win, that the site will always be online, or that the data file will always be current.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Big Bully Bets and its owners are not liable for any lost bets, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site, the passes, or anything you do with them, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for passes in the thirty days before the claim arose. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or any other law that cannot be waived.
Your responsibility to us
If your misuse of the site or a pass, or your breaking of these terms or the law, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, write to Bet@bigbullybets.com first and give us thirty days to sort it out with you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read the site. Our accessibility statement explains what we do and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top, to passes bought after that date. If a change matters to a pass you already hold, we will email you.
